Accessibility reviews and remediation are offered as separate, scoped services. Any findings or recommendations from third-party accessibility audits or tools are the responsibility of the client unless the developer is explicitly contracted to implement remediation services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Benton County/Arkansas.
